• SSH Keys — public keys you upload for instance access

How We Use Your Information

• Provision and manage GPU instances and AI API access
• Process payments and maintain wallet balances
• Provide customer support and troubleshoot issues
• Improve platform performance and reliability
• Communicate service updates and billing notices

Sharing With Partners

We share limited information with our infrastructure partners solely to deliver the services you request. This includes your SSH public keys (for GPU instance access) and usage metadata (for resource allocation and billing). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Usage records and wallet transactions are retained for compliance and billing purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.
